Jim Farnsworth

Jim Farnsworth has a demonstrated history of providing broad general business leadership for large-scale businesses and their customers. He does this in diverse industries, including telecommunications, technology, finance, retail, health care, real estate and general business services. Additionally, Jim has successful experience selling and working in outsourced and contracting arrangements with clients ranging from small business owners to Fortune 100 C-level executives around the world. Jim is currently the founder and senior partner of virtualwirks, specializing in helping organizations ignite their virtual, home-based or telecommuting capabilities. Prior to that, he was a senior leader who built and led the @Home business unit for TeleTech – one of the world’s largest publicly held BPO providers – and had additional experience as a C-level executive with one of the pioneering firms in the home worker market. These roles complement his other previous leadership experiences with MCI Telecommunications, ADT Security Services and the federal and local government sector. Jim holds a BA in International Relations and Business from the University of New Mexico.

 

Tadd McAnally

Tadd McAnally has an extensive professional background over a wide span of business support, development, management and leadership. His successful experience includes project management, sales support and delivery, operations management, process improvement, strategic planning and development and financial planning and analysis. He has demonstrated success in projects and operations delivery in the United States, United Kingdom and Europe for both small businesses and Fortune 100 clients. Tadd is co-founder and senior partner of virtualwirks, specializing in helping organizations ignite their virtual, home-based or telecommuting capabilities. He has been a leader who developed and improved a rapidly successful emerging markets business unit within one of the world’s largest BPO providers. Additionally, he has held financial leadership roles at one of the original at-home service providers and with one of the world’s largest office supply and service companies. Tadd offers nearly a decade of successful experience with large pools of remote employees. Tadd holds a BA in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Colorado and is a Certified Project Manager though the Project Management Institute.

Brad Krinhop

 

 

Brad Krinhop is a seasoned executive in the customer care and sales arenas with a career spanning over 20 years.  Most recently, he was Vice President of Operations, in the Customer Management line of business for Convergys Corporation.  Brad was the general manager overseeing all functions for the Convergys Home Agent Program. He also managed some of the companies’ largest clients with global operational footprints in the technology, telecommunications and automotive verticals.

 

Before joining Convergys, Krinhop was the Senior Vice President of Operations for Alpine Access, Inc.  He led all operational functions and client relationships for the pioneer in the virtual customer care outsourcing space.  Additionally, he was responsible for the strategic direction and performance of over 4200 virtual agents on 12 client programs located across the United States.  He also served as interim CEO for 6 months during his tenure.

 

 Previously, Brad served as Vice President of North American Customer Service for Ebay, Inc., where he managed the customer service and fraud operations for the world’s largest online trading company.  He also managed the training and quality departments, and was directly involved in global site expansion and support.  Brad held prior management positions with May Department Stores, MCI, Netlink, Primestar, DirecTV, AT&T Broadband and Comcast.

 

Brad earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Education and Marketing at Colorado State University.  Brad, his wife Laura and son Connor live in Denver, Colorado.

 

 

 

 

Chris Batson

 

Chris Batson brings more than 15 years of experience in treasury and corporate finance to the virtualwirks team. Batson is currently theVice-President Treasurer for Local Insight Media. In this position, Batson manages the company’s enterprise cash management, corporate finance, capital markets, and risk management activities. Additionally, Batson is responsible for procurement, real estate, and facilities across all LIM companies. 

 

Previously, Batson held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of Loud Financial, a national lender of retail installment contracts for motorcycles. Batson managed the origination and servicing of over $200 million in loans during his time with the company. Prior to his time with Loud, Batson spent five years with TeleTech Holdings in various financial management positions including Chief Financial Officer for TeleTech’s European business unit as well as Treasurer and Vice-President of the corporation.

 

 

Chrysty Fortner

Chrysty Fortner brings over 20 years experience in sales, marketing, sponsorships and event production to the virtualwirks Advisory Board. Chrysty has successfully marketed and branded entertainment people, concepts, companies and products in the music, sports, entertainment and banking industries.

 

Prior to joining Rockhouse Partners, Chrysty led sales and marketing at the Tennessee State Fair, leading the transformation of the event to an entertainment-focused and sponsor-friendly event. Over the course of one year, Chrysty concepted and delivered on seven new profitable fair concepts, ranging from a green energy expo to an international celebration of cultures to a new McDonald’s Kids Country area. Chrysty also negotiated all media buys, PR and social media campaigns, web development, brand development and sponsorship revenue generation. Previously, Chrysty held senior positions as: Director of Sponsorships and Hospitality Management for NASCAR Winston Cup race teams; VP of Banking for the Sports and Entertainment Division at Regions Bank; syndicated Country Radio Programmer for After MidNite with Blair Garner; Artist Manager for Craig Morgan while on Atlantic & Broken Bow Records; and Computer Aided Design Sales Specialist selling to Walt Disney Imagineering, Sony Pictures and Universal Studios.

Chrysty is an adventurous traveler who loves the outdoors, especially in her native New Mexico. As a practicing writer, she actively contributes to www.womenonbusiness.com and is working on her first book. Chrysty is an accomplished motivational speaker with a passion for encouraging and empowering women to build on and exceed their own expectations. Most recently she spoke at the International Association of Fairs and Expositions (IAFE) conference the Florida Federation of Fairs (FFF) convention and the Virginia Association of Fairs (VAF) conference giving the key note address.

Jonathan Senger

Contributing nearly 15 years of technology and business experience to the virtualwirks Advisory Board, Jonathan Senger has held positions in business and technology ranging from engineering and consulting to management and founder/CEO. He has held positions with large, publicly held companies, SMB’s/SME’s, and start-ups alike including Virdavo, which he co-founded.

Prior to Virdavo, Senger was an engineer and subsequent technology manager for TeleTech followed by being employed with the NetSolutions arm of Inter-Tel Technologies as a technology consultant.  In his tenure as a technology consultant, Senger consistently exceeded $5M each year in technology consulting revenue generated as a result of some of the projects he was a part of and has consulted with companies such as Health Grades and Environmental Resources Management (ERM), a leading global provider of environmental, health and safety, risk, and social consulting services.

 

As an entrepreneur for the past seven years, Senger has strong skills in the areas of Internet technologies, including public and private cloud technologies and business technology strategy.  In his entrepreneurial roles, having consulted with firms such as ADT, Collect America, Haynes Mechanical Systems, and SquareTwo Financial, his value resides primarily in the ability to break down the barrier between IT and business as it pertains to business process improvement initiatives and not just information improvement initiatives.  His knowledge and focus on business technology and strategy has provided companies with the fundamental building blocks for transforming IT into a next-gen influencer of business operations and not just a support mechanism.

 

Senger is a huge proponent of open source, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Colorado, a Degree from Denver Technical College, and in the past has maintained up to six technical certifications.  An avid mountain biker, Senger and his wife reside in Golden, Colorado.

Amy Claire Wild

Amy Claire Wild brings more than 30 years of experience in global market strategy, business growth and communications to her advisory efforts for virtualwirks™. She is on staff with both The Walker Group in Washington, DC and GroundFloor Media in Denver, CO as an executive strategy consultant. Her expertise and track record in the technology, outsourcing, professional services and software industries have earned her a reputation for putting companies, from Fortune 500 multinationals to privately held start-ups, on successful paths of profitable new revenue generation.

 

Recently, she was vice president of global marketing for TeleTech Holdings Inc., a global business process outsourcer operating in 19 countries. Before that she acted in a similar role for customer care outsourcing specialist StarTek.

 

Amy Claire has also led marketing efforts for security startup Webroot, oversaw worldwide marketing for London-based Izodia PLC and developed the brand identity, market positioning and sales strategy for Persona. She spent a “formative fifteen” years early in her career at Electronic Data Systems leading the company’s global market intelligence and strategy, competitive intelligence and influencer relations. She also supported several acquisitions and the company’s expansion to Asia and the Middle East.  Amy Claire began her professional career with General Motors in 1978 in industrial engineering and computing.  

She has served on the client advisory board of Gartner and the Roundtable for Women’s Economic Issues House of Lords, United Kingdom. Amy Claire earned her bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Kettering University. Originally from Seattle, Amy Claire has lived in West Africa and the United Kingdom.
